14,000 sf tenant fit out of office and design space for the company’s corporate headquarters in Sterling Virginia. Design and construction includes executive offices, work spaces, design offices and warehouse space for storage and manufacturing. Although office and conference areas are traditional, much of the space utilizes open construction to take advantage of the natural lighting available.
The addition and renovation of the main office of S. W. Rodgers, Inc. consisted of 12,000 sf of added office space and a complete renovation to the 17,500 sf of existing office and warehouse space as well as construction of a vehicle wash facility. The two-story addition includes office space for the estimating, project management and accounting departments. The renovation of the exiting office space includes a training room, executive offices, board and conference rooms, kitchen and employee restroom and locker room. The exiting Vehicle Maintenance area received new insulation wall and roof panels, new heating and ventilation systems and new LED lighting.
