Serving as the administrative headquarters for Prince William County Public Schools, the Edward L. Kelly Leadership Center combines open gathering spaces with traditional office and instructional space. The 3-story, 145,000 SF structure includes an open atrium lit by a large skylight system and a 300-seat School Board meeting room that also serves as a public venue for community use.
