A 49,000 SF facility serving as both corporate headquarters and fleet maintenance center for Superior Paving Corporation. The office side houses executive and general office space, training rooms, a conference center, and integrated video and security systems. The 13,500 SF vehicle maintenance area carries five drive-through bays, five-ton and ten-ton overhead bridge cranes, complete fluid storage and dispensing systems, and a waste oil heating system.
