An addition and renovation to the main office of S.W. Rodgers Company, adding roughly 12,000 SF of new office space while renovating the existing 17,500 SF of office and warehouse and constructing a new vehicle wash facility. The two-story addition houses the estimating, project management, and accounting departments. Renovations delivered new training rooms, executive and conference spaces, and employee facilities, while the vehicle maintenance area received new insulated wall and roof panels, upgraded HVAC, and LED lighting.
